I have recently got a BGK which is about 4.5" (for 150 INR or 3.25 USD).
It is currently housed in a 2 footer with three Pearl Gourami. (Over time I plan to move it to my 4 footer).
I am currently feeding the "tank" at least twice a day with some fresh krill and Arowana sticks. I think the BGK eats quite a bit of it.
(I plan to get Hikari Cichlid Bio-Gold+ for my Malawi tank and the sinking variety for my Jaguar and this BGK later this week. (maybe tomorrow).
WCs are weekly and about 70%. (Filtration is huge Sponge Filter and a Boyu internal filter both running 24x7 except feeding time.
Given this tank set-up and feeding regime, what is the estimated growth rate for the BGK?
