So, I've had this girl (pretty sure it's a female) for probably 10 years at least and she only got up to about 10 or 11 inches. She's been acting really funny lately (as in she quit defending her spot, which she has always been adamant about and just not moving like she used to) and the top of her head on both sides is starting to "cave in", but I don't see anything external and she still eats. Is this is a sign of old age or what? She's never been a very good eater and still pretty much only eats bloodworms after all these years, but sometimes shrimp. It's by far my oldest fish and the one i've had for longest and i fear the end is nigh. It's going to be a huge loss. I thought they lived longer than this, but I'm not sure what else it could be.
