BGK & Hoplosternum

Hi, Has anyone kept a BGK with Hoplosternum before? In theory they should be ok but in the past i've tried adding other catfish in with him but he's killed them, apart from my Sailfin plec that is.
I've tried adding large adolphi cories but he went straight for them, had 1 in him mouth but it got away and I moved them to another tank.
Previously he's killed a royal panaque and an L200, 3 x 3" Pearl Gourami's.
My 2 Hoplosternum Littorale are getting too big for their tank and I want to put them in with my 12" BGK, sailfin plec and pair of gold panchax, suprisingly he's not bothered about the panchax.
The tank has always been his so adding stuff has always been a problem and Hoplo's like to lie about alot and I'm wary so as said, has anyone successfully kept Hops with a BGK?

I've kept my Hoplosternums with my BGK and elephantnose and they're fine. Dont know what wrong with your BGK though.

Nothing wrong with him apart from being an evil greedy sod but I love him
I'm going to try it out, I guess he'll investigate them for a bit but hopefully they'll be ok and not get pestered, cheers

Maybe your old catfish might have bothered him? Mine killed my slivehead shark that way. Looks like they dont like being disturbed.

good news, all is fine and Br's never attacked them. The sailfin plec chases them if they get too close to his food but no harm. They do get a little spooked if they get too close to him and he's not happy but no problems
Wish i moved them weeks ago now!!
