I have an 8" BGK and a 6" jurupari (some others too!) in the same tank. They been together seen I got them. About six months with no problems. Lately though, the BGK has been really aggrevating him at night and sometimes during the day. He follows him everywhere and nips at him from time to time. Is this because the knife finally outgrew him? Should I separate them. The only other tank has 2 Jags and oscars. THe knife lived with the oscars before but not the Jags. (Jags are at 6") Will this be ok? There are plenty of hiding spots in the pesent tank but the Jurupari doesnt seem to use them like I would expect. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks

The tank is a 75 gallon and the Jags and oscars tank is a 125

It's possible that the Jurupari is invading the same space that the BGK likes to use. Try rearranging the tank first. If that doesn't work, then you can probably move the BGK. Or you can move the BGK with the other Cichlids, but I'd keep an eye on them.
