BGK STUNTED GROWTH??

I am thinking about taking one of my friends BGK's off of his hands to put in my 125 Gl. Because it is currently being housed in a 25 Gl.

Its been housed in a 25 Gal. for 2 years now, is its growth stunted or can it still reach its full size in the 125?

id say stunted. 2 years is pretty long.. might get lucky but...good your giving it a much better home id say .

i agree even thought the only experience i had with a bgk was for a bout a moneth until his hiding hole came a little bit to close to the filter intake and he got stuck against it, they love being handfed

ok haha yeah i would get it even if its stunted they are still beautiful fish

i think they are amazing, ive never had one though, only a clown knife, i would love to get on though

They're pretty slow growers. If the previous owner kept up with maintenance and a good diet, it may still be okay.
