i was just wondering if you can put a bgk with a ck "of equal size" granted this would not be for life just until the ck gets some size to it and i can put it with my other ck. what do you think?
But I would expect them to pay little attention to one another and coexist just fine... I would expect the CK to be the more capable fighter it push comes to shove... but providing proper hiding areas will most likely prevent this from ever becoming an issue...
i have kept my BGK with my Ck´s for almost a year with NO problems... the Ck´s quickly outgrew the BGK at first, and are still bigger, but the BGK has been growing steady.
He just minds his business and the CK´s dont bother any other fish.
BGK was bought at ~3" and is now ~7-8". Ck´s were from ~4" and are now 10-11"
these two shared a cave for over a year.CK was 15" BGK was 12".
still have the BGK but the CK started being a terror at night....to everyone, ironically, except for the BGK.
The only thing is your gonna have to buy a big BGK (which wont be easy, people don't just sell their big BGK) or grow one out for quite awhile because the growth rate is so different between the two.
