bichers with datnoids

i was wondering if it was ok to put a wild delhize or another type of bicher with my 2 widebar and 1 thinbar..thnx in advanced

Should be fine as long as the birchirs arent bigh enough to eat the dats. Vice versa.

I do not see any problem with the Datnoid and the Bichir, but from prior experiences with puffers, they need to be alone! My concerns are that the puffer will get at the fins of the somewhat slow and docile bichir. Give it a shot and let me know.

LOL..theres no way in hell i would put my fahaka puffer with my datnoids

i had ornatipinnis together w/ alligator gar....

the ornatipinnis is around 5" while the alligator gar is around 4"..

it was fine and dandy but at one night the ornatipinnis decide to hit the gar and bite him in the tail.....the gar was shocked and fighting to be free...alas while fighting the gar body bumped to the rocks and side glass several times... and unfortunatenly when the gar has finally free...he was not in a good shape...and eventually died...

so be carefull.....my tank is 5 feet so space was NOT an issue...
