I want to buy an ornate bichir but I want to know about how much they generally go for, my lfs has 2 8" nice ones that I was interested in but kinda high price. Please talk to me............

dont know about your area, but around here for example, its hard as hell to get anything besides delhezi and senegals. so for an ornate around here, i would personally pay upto 90-100
if your LFS wants much more than say 90, you can go and order than from an internet site, or even a vendor on MFK for around 50-60, and maybe get a few other fish you may want fom that place. with shipping, its going to even out in the end anyway
