sorry couldnt resist,ANYWAY stumbled upon another mess up that worked in my favor, some may know prev. post was about how i bought a ornate bichir from a back road fish store and ended up getting a weeksii! anyway this time it paid off again! went in saw it imediatly got the girl that worked there and said how much is that bichir? shes goes what that snow eel? i said uhh sure, shes goes i think its like 12.99! i said DONE ILL TAKE IT, she bagged it up i quickly paid and was off with my Platinum white bichir! in the pics his eyes look red bc of the flash but they are black. ill try to get better pic wo flash but heres what i have!
hes about 6 inches and fat!



 
That is a regular senegal it will color up on dark substrate. I got lucky and found a plat. That one is not plat, I can see the brown color pretty vividly.

This is my $6.14 senegal it has no color, well even mine is a little milky yellow compaired to the 100dollar plats. But I'll take mine.
 
thats no platinum,regular senegal
 
i beg to differ, it is cleary white in my tank.
 
maybe not be considered a plat but it is white
