Ok so I moved some fish around and put my 5" bgk in my corner 54 gallon. Then I saw some delhezis at the lfs but they were full grown. So I got a pair of senegals at petsmart, for $2 a piece with the $5 coupon (two different petsmarts).
One is about 4" and the other is 3", and so far they are coexisting well with the bgk. I want to get these 2 inch chocholate cichlids as well. Im not worried about overcrowding when they grow out, but it will be fun growing them out for my 90 gallon which only needs another filter to set up.
I think it can work for about a year, possibly longer. I really like the chocolates, theyve been sitting at my lfs forever and Ive taken a liking to them.
