Bichir/Oscar tank...

What will happen to a 3" Flower Horn if you put it in a 55g tank with 7 5-9"bichir and 2 3-4"Oscars?

Will it harass it's tank mates? Will it got eaten(I think not)?

Besides being way over stocked for a 55, try it and let me know. I have always wondered how many fish you can keep in a 55 before they are stacked like cord wood.

yeah i'm gonna have to agree with bean here. soon as that 3inch flowerhorn hits the water and becomes comfortable within the new tank. he/she will more then likely start exerting dominance on the 3-4inch oscars fairly quickly. possibly harass them to death.

i agree that flowerhorns are aggressive,and that it would bully the oscar.
but with regards the "they would pick on the bichir",i disagree..i have been keeping bichirs with either a flowerhorn and oscars,and they pretty much ignore each other.although,my bichirs were not shorter than 5" when i started keeping them with oscars or fh.
