That's a nice looking ornate! Good price too. Just one thing you should now, once they get up to 14" the color change and they get more black than yellow.
That's a very nice yellow-based ornate bichir, if that's the one they're going to sell you. Many sellers tend to put their best pic and sell low-quality ones instead, so it would be the best if you can get it directly from a LFS.
the seller is a wholesaler so that is a case of best pic shown. Also you live in Houston which is where Toyin (http://www.rehobothaquatics.com/index2.html) is located so you might try sending him an email and see if you can get one from him....
