Just got the heater, and now the temp is holding steady at about 78 degrees. All of the fish in the tank seem much calmer now. Excellent! Thanks everybody!
I'm going to be shipping an ornate overnight to AZ with phase 22 packs (22C aka about 72 degrees F)... he's being kept at 75 currently to help acclimate him to the lower temps.. can they handle 72 for a night and come out okay?

Yes, it will be perfectly fine. In fact, I just received two Electric Blue Jack Dempseys which were in transit for two days and their water temperature was 63 degrees F, well below the norm, and they are both doing great.
