1. ...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.

I have treated them with Micro Lift Herman's for 10 days. Waited for a week. Put them in a hospital tank and treated them with general cure 2 doses. And they still have the spots. The spots started out white then turned to red spots. Not sure what else to do
I have done water changes.

Looks some injury under the scale. Would cont to watch and cont with water changes.
