Bichir

Okay I have a 125 gallon tank 72 1/2 in long x 18in wide x 24in high with 2 cuabn cichlids and a freddy cichlid what Bichir would work best with these cichlids and would be able to live for life in the tank

A bichir would probably work in your tank. Most upper jaws should be ok in that size

upper jaw species have an overbite and tend to stay smaller and not get as massive. Check out the poly forum it is very helpeful. Upper jaws are senegalu, delhezi, ornate...etc
