bichirs and africans

guys, looking for some pics of adult bichirs. an online buddy was asking about keeping them with africans. i want to show him how his africans will do in with this monster. thanks for posting pics.

Generally bichirs should not be kept with agressive cichlids-Anne

not all africans are aggressive, mainly territorial when breeding as most fish are. You can do Male peacocks or maybe some Frontosas.

An African tank would be cool with not just cichlids but with birchirs, lungfish, maybe an African Aro, what are the more peaceful African Cichlid species besides peacocks and Frontosas?

those only get about 1' in length and mine never had any aggression problems.
