Bichirs and aggression, quick question.

I'm going to be picking up a short bodied albino senegal at 4-5" today.

Just wondering if they're aggressive towards anything they can't fit in their mouth, and if they are then which of the bichirs is the least aggressive fish?

Will they attempt to eat 3-4" clown loach?

I don´t think you will have a problem since they are similar size and the poly can´t fit the loach in his mouth, but they might try it stranger things have happened, and I think senegals might be your best choice

I doubt they'll eat 3" clown loaches. I have clown loaches with a 11" senegal bichir and they're perfectly fine. Just make sure you keep your bichirs well fed and they are less likely to see their tankmate as food.

Bichir have small mouths so a 5" won't be able to eat a 3" clown loach
