Just wondering , csn bichirs tolerate salt? I have 3 bichirs in quarantine, but its almost time for them to move into their big tank , currently the big tank has an arowana and i'm currently the tank has 1 tablespoon salt per 10 gallon water, can bichirs take the salt concentration?

the point is why add salt? Both bichirs & Aros are comfortable in a freshwater environment.
The only reason to add salt in a FW tank is to cure ich.
If your fish are healthy, don't add, it could cause salt-resistant ich to develop and killing those are much, much harder.

bichirs are very hardy fish, they've been in tanks that ive had to treat ich with salt and been fine, and thats a good bit more salt than 1 tbs/10gal
I'm adding salt to cure pimple like growth on my arowana's tail.
