i will be upgrading my 55 gal bichir tank to a 75 gal on friday, and i just wanted some
ideas on some other fish i can put in the tank with em.

i have a tire track eel, 3 bichirs, 3 clown loaches, a tiger loach, and a pink tail chalceus in the tank now.

try mixing some siamese tiger/ indo tiger... they are a bunch of greedy fish...

moreover, they are beautiful...

In a 75 gallon, that might be asking for trouble. One oscar by itself can just about fill up a 75 gallon, and when you add all of the other fish you already have, you are borderline overstocked. I definitely wouldn't add more than one.
