The guy in interview in 16:30 is Mr. Igarashi, living legend of Polypterus in Japan.
He is the first guy who visit Lake turkana himself and capture living coloration of Polypterus bichir bichir in 1988 and also one of the greatest bichir breeder and researcher ever.
