your loaches should be alright they get pretty big.
i dont know about the Ctenopomas tho. how big do they get?

How big are you're loaches? If they're under 5-6" then they could be snacks for the ornate. Both myself and a friend have had large ornates living with decent sized CL's for months, until the ornate gets hungry and starts seeing the loaches as food. If its well fed then he'll leave them alone, but I went away for a week over xmas and came home to find two loaches missing and another with big scrape marks down its side.

i'd say bigger Ctenopomas would be fine.
they stay towards the top anyway
