I need to know anything and everything about caring for Senegal's and Marbled's. I plan on getting 1 of each for my 40 gallon breeder im setting up at christmas. I also plan to get some cichlids to mix with them.

You can get a pair of convict cichlids for a 40g to go with an albino senegal (they don't grow that big).
Just make sure that the convicts are large enough not to be eaten
And if the convicts turn out to be a breeding pair, they do not bully the albino senegal

I would rather get 2 female Convicts than a male female or 2 males lol. I gotta find some that i can sex, course, ive never been able to find them for sale, mostly Firemouths and the other Big cichlids and Angels.

40B should be sufficient for a palmas and senegal.
