Just wondering if anyone keeps any huge barbs?
I notice everyone's got lovely exotic monster fish, but besides a couple mentions of tinfoils I've not seen any barbs. Barbs and catfish are my fishy love affair
I've got 5 lemon fin barbs (poropuntius malcomi), I'm hoping to get them up to around a 2ft adult size pending my big tank plan. I do have one tinfoil, and I will get some more... but the lemons are my favourites.
So does anyone else keep uberbarbs? Or have any suggestions for uberbarbs for once my tank's built? I'm going for minimalist stocking, the tank'll be somewhere between 700 and 900g (UK g) and at the mo it'll only have the lemons, tinfoil, a sun cat (maybe two) and a common plec.
