Big cichlid for 120G?

I picked up a flowerhorn this morning, about 10''. he owns my 8'' and 5'' oscars.

Wondering what else could go with the flowerhorn and hold its own? Obvious choices like Jags, red devils, midas etc.. are already on my list and hard to find.

Wondering about other options too? what about a big JD or texas?

Prollly need to keep the FH by itself. They can be real bastards.

Agreed...FH can be real nasty especially if you picked up a large one. You might have a better chance if you got a smaller one and grew him up with tankmates, but this guy has a past that you may/may not know about. I used to have a FH, but he beat up my larger red devil, jag, motaguense and became the ruler of the tank. Soon after, he harrassed everyone with the clear intent of killing off tankmates...That's when I traded him in for food at the LFS (luckily he was a lower quality FH, not the high end fancy ones).
