to me that looks like a TSN X RTC X Marble pim or leiarius mamoratus cuz i have a TSNXRTC and a Marble pim and it looks like what i think would be the outcome if they were to breed hope that helps

it looks to be a cross bewteen TSN - P. corruscans and L. pictus - reasons - rather than L marmoratus - head shape, dorsal fin hight and size and the pale stripe on the side above the lateral line. - beautiful fish.

First time I hear that there are more than 1 on 1 viable crossings....

Lets see what Necro and Basslover have to say....

the reason i say it is a 3 way cross hybrid is that the white stomach is very much like a RTC than just a shovelnose, i have seen something simialr to this in the LFS, what does any1 else think?

Bump!

tsn x L.Pictus. I'd bet anything on it. The diagonal line sweeping backwards from the front base of the dorsal along the body give away the pictus rather than the marmoratus and the TSN part is obvious.

Of course, Marvin, that the TSN is obvious. But are you sure on the Pictus? If so, what would its size be?

just trying to find a few useable pics. in this thread of a pictus by zaric

you can see the line i am talking about that your fish clearly has. if i'm right then this line may have been even more prominent when juvenile with another thinner line from toward the end of the base of the dorsal going towards the tail in a wiggly line.

the marmoratus does not have this as you can see in this thread

I would imagine you are looking at a size of anything from 24" to 40". God knows!! But i think somewhere around 30" would be my guess.
