I have cycled filters on the tank and will keep it native for the foreseeable future.

He should get a channel cat, raise it to be 5' long and feed it an aro for lunch and a couple baby oscars for desert. Now comes course #2 desert: Discus!!!

As for the bass, let them get to be their full 3 feet and feed them some black aros and a couple RD's. That should fill the bill.

That tank is amazing. Well done. Does it divide the room? What kind of filtration you using?

It divides my office from the foyer (fancy eh?)

Filtration is a 180 gallon sump with bio-balls etc.

I wished you lived stateside since I could send off some stock from the lower 48.
