Big Nose Jags

Hey everyone. I picked up a new pair of jags but I have a question about their nostril holes. They seem extra large and a bit pink. Do they just look like that or is there a problem with them? My other jag and other cichlids don't look like this. I tried hex-out, melafix and primafix without any results. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Here are some pics.

They look just slightly inflammed as though their previous tank was filthy. Just keep their water nice and good, and they should be just fine. Doesn't look bad at all.

yeah that happnd to mine once when i went away..just use some salt and like melafix and water changes

Thanks for the input. Do you think the occasional liplocking they're doing is causing more damage and prolonging the healing process? If so, I might separate them for a while.
