I do know the museum very well and visited it last year - also packed with my camera to do shoots of these beautiful ornates i knew from former visits. Normally i'm a bit shy to post pics in other people threads belonging to visible but in this case i HAVE TO. It will round up all the beautiful shots also shown here a will get us a imagination of the special beauty of one of the most beautiful bichirs ever: Polypterus ornatipinnis!
Have you seen the big Mastacembelus erythrotaenia? It must be about 70cm long and at least 15cm high, i have never seen such a huge one. It was by far the vistors favorit...
