Big screen Fish tank

Has anyone ever thought about, or tried to turn a rear projection screen big screen television into a fish tank, i see them on the side of the road once in a while and i was thinking that because its already plastic if it was gutted and a few slabs of glass, plastic , plywood or fiberglass were added with the proper silicone used to seal everything it would make a pretty cool looking 100 gallon or so tank .

Any Thoughts ?

what would be the gallons for a tank 421/2 x 31 x 22 thats the size of my rear projection screen tv

I wanted to do that a couple of years ago, but when I got down to um..... actually making it, well it never happened. you should definitely post pics of the finished product. I would love to see it.

try using the conversions at the top of screen to find the gallons...
