big tank build need advice

Ok so over gotten the bug pretty bad and I want to build a massive tank, I plan on cannibalizing two of my 55 gallons and using the front and back glass for front and single side viewing panels (3 panels acres the front and the fourth on the side) do you think the glass is gonna be thick enough for the water or should I order some custom glass? Help me before I screw up and flood my house

How big you thinking??? 55 glass is not gonna handle much more than 70-90 gallons if your construction is excellent.....On this site big tank seems to start around 120 gallons.......

I'm gonna cannibalize a couple old 125's and build it off that glass
