Big Tank Custom Construction in TN

I will soon be looking for someone to sell me or someone in the area to build for me (in my home) a tank (either steel with a glass front (or an acrylic tank) that measures 12 to 16 feet long x 30" x 30". I would prefer to have a steel box made and the glass panels placed and sealed into place in the basement.
PMs are fine. I need to start looking at cost, options, alternatives.

In addition to the tank, I'm considering options for lighting, substrate and canopy.
The tank will house a planted community aquatic environment featuring a natural appearing "slice of nature", dwarf cichlids, two dozen angels, harl rasboas, corys, cherry shrimp, and a few assorted others. I'm open to suggestion about the inhabitants as well.
All ideas are welcome.
My home won't be usable for another two weeks but after the tornado dust settles, I'll put this monster tank along with aux aquariums in my basement.
