I'm just curious as to who has a large (75+ gallons) community tank with little fish. I would love to see a picture.

biggest community we have is 55 but we are throwing around ideas for the 135 and that is def. high on the list. You'll see pix if we actually do it:)

I have a 108 gal. that i'm using as a community tank for fish 6 inches and less,,,,its only been running for about 3 or 4 weeks so its still far from being fully stocked,,,there is a pic in my gallery, but only a few fish in there at that point,,,,currently it is stocked with,,,,2 clown loaches ( another 1 or 2 going in with them ),,,4 bolivian rams,,,2 gold rams,,,2 swordtails (cant wait for them to die,,,they were my first fish in the 29 gal. i have ),,,3 tiger barbs ( i'm waiting for them to die as well ),,,1 zebra danio ( last of 3 that i had to cycle my QT tank ),,, 4 bleeding heart tetras ( undecided if i will be adding more of those to make a shoal of wait for them to die as well ),,,,,like i said this tank is in its early stages and i'm still throwing around ideas as to what i want in there,,,,for sure is clown loaches,,,rams,,,kribs

BTW,,,,,unlike most people on this site who love the bigger fish ( hence MFK ),,,,,,i fell that i fish looks more natural if it has ample room to swim and doesnt look like a gorrilla in a 8 foot x 8 foot cage,,,,i'm not knocking the fish keepers who like big fish, its all personal preferance,,,,but one has to see the fish swimming around in my tank to appreciate the NATURAL look and behavior !!,,,,cheers :)

Out 125 gal is a mix tank and everything used to be small =) Its all lots bigger and half those fish our gone and there are othersin their now but this is what it looked like:

Howdy,

220 gal

2 Altolamprologus compressiceps (9 cm) new since last night :woot:
2 Ancistrus dolichopterus (7 cm)
5 Corydors paleatus (4 cm)
5 Pantodon buchholzi (8 cm)
4 Trichogaster trichopterus (≤ 10 cm)
too many Xiphophorus helleri

In my early years, I kept more fish that size in a 15 gal tank than I now have in my 220 gal. I guess I learned to appreciate it to see fish swim freely without them bumping into glass after a few strokes. They enjoy it, I enjoy it :D

Wow :clap Everything is looking great. Keep up the posting. Anyone have 50+ neons in a big tank or anything like that? :naughty:
