your marulia depending on location will out grow that tank if they reach there potential , you are limited by the width any tank sould be at the bare minimum a few inches bigger than the lenght of the fish. marulia have the potential of exceeding 100cm in length.
and the pleuro marulia together is a really poor choice , MOST marulia are like micros become aggresive with age , there are exceptions but 9/10 they will not live happy with other fish when adult esp other snakeheads
now , the tank you are preposing is big and if you do your homework and choose a varient of marulia that is one of the smaller varients or maruloids then you could keep a fair few of either , but not noth together.
the problem is marulia are likely to pair up in that tank so no matter how many you put in ,you will end up with only two.
pleuros on the other hand would work fine , as they are a pack hunter and hang around in groups. in your suggested tank you could fit a shelf at the back last foot or so, and plant in heavy with vallis , when pleuros pair up they break away from the pack and go and spawn in the shallow reed beds. then later rejoin the pack . so if you want a load of fish pleuro is the wiy forward
iam not certain on full amount of fish but i would start out with around 20 pleuros and then adjust the level by how it looks as they grow, just growing out pleuros to a large size can be very lucrative ,you would have no problems getting rid of any spare latter on , but you would have great trouble finding adult fish to add if you did not have enough
