Nice job celebrist . Looks like the male performed his duties, because the majority of those eggs are fertile. You can see that there are about a dozen that are not fertile (white). The rest look great. Here is a nice picture of the male about six months ago.

have fun with the spawns, I would suggest a sponge or sock on your intakes or when the fry start rising allot will get sucked into your filter if you have not already.

It's normal for new pairs to lose the first couple spawns. In time they will get it right and flood you with fry.
