The days keep going by, and it keeps getting closer to me getting my big tank!!

I am pretty set on the tank I want right now, its a 210g... I can't wait!!

My question about Clown Knives is about aggression between the sizes. I have fallen in love with a big beautiful adult CK about 26" long that is currently at my LFS. BUT... I have my own 10-11" Royal that I love as well. Also, a spotless golden Ck around 7". Will Big guy EAT little guys? I have the option to keep the smaller ones in my 60gal until they get bigger... would that be best?

I am new into knives and LOVE THEM! I just want to make sure I don't do something stupid and lose my others to a monster CK.

Let me know what you guys have experienced, or have come to know about the CKs.

Thanks!!

i know a 26" ck needs a much bigger tank than a 210. im shure many will disagree, but big ck's are powerfull, fast, and majestic and really deserve better accomodations.

I agree, but for the time being, I think he would be grateful to get out of the 90g the LFS has him in. lol... he is a bit cramped. (he came from a home that was keeping him in a 125, so he has never seen bigger)

No tank size is big enough for any fish when you think about it. lol.

In due time, (hopefully 2-3years) I will be moving out into a house with far more space, and have plans to build an "In-Wall" 600-1000gal tank. So, He will most likely will be much happier in there once it is finished.

But I kinda feel like for now, giving him 210g of space is better than he has ever had, as he has been there for around 6months already.:irked:

And I have the funds to take great care of him (just not enough space for a bigger tank LOL)
