big white lump

hi i have just moved my 3 piranha to there nice new big tank and i realize my biggest who is about 3 inch and also my favourite has a white patch on his side, i went down to the end of the tank to get a close up and it seems to be a rather big lump, i havnt turned the light on so i cant see the exact coulour but it looks white and it is a lump, any ideas on what it could be as they have only just come out of a tiny tank with really bad water conditions...

does it look like this?

if so its amonia burn. keep the new tank's water pristine. do daily water changes if need be, and it should heel up just fine. but water chemistry is vital here.

need a pic kid, only way to get accurate advice, he may have done something as simple as burn himself on the heater. please post a pic and Dr. Ruxpin will make his diagnosis.

if i do daily water changes should they be 20% changes?or can they be 5% daily?
