Hi all. I guess I can call this a "I-would-like-to-make-some-space" sale and adding a "I-know-things-are-bad" sale. Anyway here's the thing, I have 5 big Datnoids as follows:
18" Wide Bar
18" Indo
3- 10"-13" Indos
I have other posts in the past here, some with pics, so you can look them up. Many of the other Datnoids I had are sold already and a few smaller ones I am keeping. I need the space for some of my Madagascar cichlids who are getting big and in breeding disposition (hopefully) and I also know the economy stinks and not everyone can afford what these guys are really worth. I have posted them before for $1000 each on the big guys and about $250- $300 each on the "smaller" ones. As you can tell, very few takers. There were many promises and many "I will talk to you next weekend" or "I am waiting for the money" and even "I have to work, but next weekend" kind of things and nothing ever materialized. I understand that you might want to back out of a deal so please be honest with me and don't waste my time. It makes me more uncomfortable and mad when you waste my time and give me false hopes that I might get some spare cash and space than if you just tell me you can't do it.
So here are the prices:
18" Wide Bar- $750
18" Indo- $750
10"-13" Indos- $250 each
Unfortunately I no longer have the time to net them out of the big tank to take pics so, if you are serious about buying them, come and check them out. That's right, no shipping either. This has to be a local sale and will depend on my schedule as well. I can also take the fishes to my local store and you can pick them up there if needed be after you have paid me. They are all eating shrimp, krill, smelt, tilapia fillets, seafood mix, etc. Some of the smaller Indos eat pellets (I think 2 of them). Some members here can verify the health and status of these fishes. If you decide to come over you might just find a few other goodies you like that I could consider selling from my "non-breeding collection".
If you want the whole group, you can have them for $2175.00 which is knocking $75 off to maybe help with gas or just a volume discount.
