no...P. endli endli and P. endli congicus are two different subspecies...
the official record of largest bichir belongs to P. endli congicus. Theres anecdotal evidence that P. bichir bichir gets larger, but it hasn't been officially recorded or backed up. i think its safe to say that endli. congicus and bichir bichir are among the largest.
ansorgii also gets big, potentially as big as congicus and bichir bichir, but its not clear since theres no record or anecdotal evidence to suggest that yet. but from specimens caught it would seem that ansorgii gets bigger than endli endli and bichir lapradei.
