seacorals 1"

20 gallon 1.25" = $60
This full 20 gallons of balls (1200 bio balls) has enough surface area to support a bacteria bed large enough to maintain a 500-1000 gallon saltwater aquarium

20 gallon 1" = $130
This full 20 gallons of 1" balls (4500 bio balls) equals 424 square feet of surface area, enough area to support a bacteria bed large enough to maintain a 500+ gallon saltwater aquarium.

dono which to get...

LOL :D The cheaper more space consuming ones in my opinion ;)

If you are going for surface area pot scrubbers hold more than bio balls and are cheaper IMO. There is a link around here somewhere about it...

buy both of them. then you can have a bed that can support the ocean
