no. If the fish is smart enough, he/she will spit it out if it is too big. If thats not the case, gently take the food out of the fish's mouth.
 
Give it a few hours and see what happens...should soften enough to pass. If not you don't want it decaying in his mouth...be very gentle trying to remove it. I had a goldfish try and swallow an otto once, and I actually used those tiny medical safety scissors to cut it up and remove it.
