against the advice that a Blue phantom would shred my planted tank i went out and bought one... I always did (do) what my mother told me not to lol! heres some piccys... unfortunately they dont do it justice as it is incredibly blue.
any advice on keeping it and how to limit it demolishing my plants? :nilly:

nice pleco, like said above feed him well and he might leave plants alone
 
What should i feed? i use algae wafers but it also nibbles on meaty pellets for my birchirs and i swear i've seen it eating bloodworm!
 
Blue phantoms are omnivores with tendencies towards veg. I've had SOME luck keeping mine from shredding my plants by keeping fresh veg in the tank daily. Mine also loves bloodworm.
