biting discus

when i put my hand in to do wc, my royal discus pecks at me, anyones discus do this?

No, but most of mine will eat from my hand, and some have to be nudged out of the way with the siphon tube while vacuuming during water changes.

Mine will. Usually they are just looking for food since I feed by hand.

My angels do that most likely because i fed them by hand which was one of my many mistakes...it's fun to feed them by hand but you cant do anything without getting pecked by them.
