bitterlings with clams?

I was thinking of adding bitterlings to my 150 gallon aquarium, but I have some shark-tooth clams. Will bitterlings hurt the clam if they spawn in my aquarium?

Also, are shark tooth clams non parasitic? I will have a group soon and I don't want them to breed if their larvae will start killing all my fish...

Where's you got sharktooth clams from?

I local fish store. They are $15 each and they had many. I think I was told that they were from Asia, but I'm not sure
