I have had this 45 g running for about 7 months do my weekly 50 percent water changes but I have black and dark redish brown algae growing cant seem to get rid of it any ideas what is causing this? I have a 40 watt bulb aqua glo. I left my light on longer this last past weeks to see if the green will take over. Green has formed but still some black and reddish brown.
