Black and Lei Compatible?

Although Lei's aren't as aggressive as jars , blacks can be fragile especially if young so it could be a bit of a gamble IMO

Fine as long as the lei is past its fragile size. I had a blk, silver and lei together. Worked great!

Had a blk that was twice size of lei and it worked. they were divided in a tank and the lei somehow crossed over. next thing I saw was both swimming together.

I kept lei and blacks together. My lei was half the size of the black but would pick on the black. They just randomly just stop fighting one day
