Black and white striped raphael catfish?

Has anyone ever heard of a raphael catfish turning black and white? Mine did a few days ago.

It was late when I posted it and I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with it before I took the time to post pics. The reason being is that it's easiest for me to post pics from my phone and it's running slow.

I think that’s the standard striped Raphael cat color...

All of the striped raphael I've ever seen were a yellowish and brownish color, I've never seen one that was pitch black and bright white. I'll post a pic of him tonight. I only posted it because I was worried since I'd never seen one that was as black and as white as mine.

Yeah I think it’s normal. Maybe depends on the water that it gets darker. I had one darker then sold it got back into cats and had 2 white and black.

True true lol. This specific raphael catfish was the odd one of the group. He looked very different then all of the others almost as if he was deformed but not. He's just an amazing little guy and I know that all yall love the little guy hehe.
