What size tank do you have for it in between the 2 sizes. (a 150 would work well, until your big tank is ready)

They grow slower than silvers, but my black has been growing about an inch a month. I'm starting to power-feed now that he's in a 180, so hopefully I can get more growth out of him...

Mine has only grown 6-7" within the last year. It is now about 17".

My Black Aro grew from 3 inches to 25 inches in 3 1/2 yrs. Started in a 10 gallon and ended up in a 230 gallon.
