Black aro no more?????

So when I walked inyo my LFS today, one of the girls told me they had a "present" comming in for me. Come to find out they got two Black aros in 1 12" an 1 14" .

An in talking with the owner, he mentioned that Black aros arent going to be imported anymore an there going on the endangered list. Anyone know if this is true???????

Both look in great shape minus some small fin tears (prolly from being netted an bagged).

So hopefully in a bit Ill have my black aro that Ive been trying to get for awhile.

hmmm the aquarium specimens, do they catch them all from the wild or are they bred in captivity, that would be a shame not to get black aros anymore.

Technical i don't think black aros can be imported they have to cum in as blue aro maybe one of our vendors knows the deal .I would say the market right now their is no shortage sometimes lfs just say things like that to value their fish i was at a store that had a ornate bicar ,a small one for $90.00 i asked why ,he told me their not cumming in anymore. Or their vendor is not bringing them in anymore sometimes they just close out fish.
