Black aro with oscar

I have an 9inch black aro and a 4 inch tiger oscar together and some of the scale are gone from the aro. Should i remove the oscar?

yes, if you had a silver, asian aro or jardinii, i would say leave it.
But when it comes to Black aros, i found them to be very skittish.
It will be gullie3d.
remove the oscar you might lose aro.

hi thai.. how big is the tank? oscars are territorial.. and swim all over the place.. could've freaked the aro.. with adequate space i dont think it should be a problem.. cheers..

+1... The oscar might not have physically harmed your aro, but the O could have scared him into hitting the tops or decor causing the scale loss.

Thnx guys, Hes is currently in a grow out 55 gal tank right now and will be getting bigger tank soon.
