Blacks don't come with cert/chip as they aren't CITES Appendix 1 endangered like the Asian species.

and what do you mean by "average price"? Do you want an average of what they have sold for over the last ten years? or the average price of all the sizes? or just a rough idea of what they sell for? Why not just phone and ask what you can buy them for...

I have seen people sell black one for about $350 for the size of 18 inches. And for the cost of the chilli red is about 2.7k for the size of 3 inches.
